Entree:
"SQT"
Three rounds with time of 3:52mins
10x 60lbs Ground to overhead
200 yard Shuttle sprint, 50 yards there and back twice (across NLF parking lot)

Dessert:
Breathing really hard on the ground
Talking about cars with Rob
