Crossfit WOD - Thursday 100812

Appetizer:
Jog to LA Fitness. Felt really good even at a pretty fast pace
Stretching
3x - 5 pull ups, 10 squats, 10 sit ups, samson stretches

Entree:
"Coe"
7 RFT:
10 x thrusters @ 65lbs
10 x push ups

shoulders felt tight, and did not feel like i had much energy. might have been the later work out time (9pm) or the light dinner or the travel day schedule, or that my body needs more rest... but powered through it anyway.


Dessert:
shoulder stretches
walk back home
